Make notice of defects

  • Concerned about a malfunction? If you’re unsure, remember that it’s always better to report a detected issue than not report it at all. Let’s take care of Elli homes together

Elli’s own maintenance staff will come to fix the issue on weekdays during normal working hours.

  • The repair personnel may enter the apartment with a master key. If you want to be present or be contacted before entering the apartment, please specify that in the fault report form.
