Keys are returned to the key returning mailbox in an envelope.
The mailbox is located next to the Elli office main entrance. You can use your own envelope to return the keys; please make sure to write your full name and address on it. If you need a ready made return envelope, you can email us about it.
Drop the key envelope in the mailbox.
The mailbox is available 24/7, including holidays, evenings and weekends when the office is closed.
