Keys are returned to the key returning mailbox in an envelope.
The mailbox is located in the office building (Merimiehenkatu 30) on the Niskakatu side of the building, at the top of the stairs next to the staff door.
There are envelopes for key return above the mailbox, please state your full name and the exact address of your apartment on the envelope and drop the envelope in the mailbox.
The mailbox is available 24/7, including holidays, evenings and weekends when the office is closed.
