Common storage spaces and storage closets

There are designated common storage places for outdoor recreation equipment and bicycles. For other goods to be stored, our buildings have a wire-net closet for each flat. These closets must not be used to store goods that endanger fire safety, such as fuels. It is forbidden to store any movable goods in the common premises. Elli shall not be held responsible for goods that are moved to the dump pit on account of having been stored in places where they did not belong.

Outdoor recreation equipment, bicycles and baby carriages

Outdoor recreation equipment, baby carriages and bicycles must be stored in their designated places. For reasons of fire safety, these pieces of equipment must not be stored in emergency exits or corridors of attics, basements or storage rooms.
