About maintenance

The technical maintenance of the buildings and repair work in the flats are the responsibility of Joensuun Elli’s own maintenance personnel. The grounds of Elli locations are looked after by property maintenance companies.

Elli’s maintenance personnel can be identified from an identification card which is visible over the clothing. Maintenance’s contact information number is also visible on the sides of our maintenance cars.
