Who can apply for Elli accommodation?

You can submit your application as soon as your study placement is confirmed or if you are already studying at an institution in Joensuu. We require that your studies are full-time and leading to a degree. Elli housing is not available for apprenticeships training (oppisopimuskoulutus) or PhD researchers. If you are under 18 years old, we need a written consent from a guardian as an attachment to your application.
