Unless otherwise agreed, Elli maintenance will use the master key to get in and repair the fault reported by the tenant, and they will leave a notice of their visit in the flat. Please note that in a shared flat a notice of defect may have been made by a roommate. Elli also carries out maintenance tours in the buildings, and during them the maintenance persons will use the master key if the tenant is not at home. The maintenance tours will be announced to the tenants well ahead of time. Also, a separate renovation company may have been called in to carry out maintenance measures concerning the whole building, and these will also be notified to the tenants in advance.
